Northbound ALD Ltd obtains information about you when you use our website, when you send an email or contact using the application form. The personal information Northbound ALD may collect includes your name, address, email address and telephone numbers.

The information provided by yourself is used to process an enquiry or application you have made for a puppy.  Further use of the information you provide is used by Northbound ALD Ltd to make you aware of mating updates, puppy and litter availability, and further communication with relation to taking on a puppy from myself.  

The Northbound ALD Ltd puppy contract will contain your details, and these details will be held as long as necessary for related and relevant support, seeking feedback, contractual obligations  and information.  

Northbound puppy owners will have their details held securely so appropriate and relevant communication may be used minimally in the future.​

Northbound ALD Ltd will not sell your information to third parties, but we will share it where required to provide you with our  agreed contractual obligations; i.e. Microchip transfer.  We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
